Food pairings: excellent as an aperitif, with risottos, white meats, fish, fresh cheeses and pizza.
Tasting notes: a bright pink colour; on the nose it reveals a bouquet of red berries, ripe pomegranate and spicy notes of pink pepper and nutmeg. The palate is soft, with excellent balance and a long aromatic persistence.
