Description
Recommended serving temperature: 10°–12° C.
Food pairings: a very versatile wine, ideal as an aperitif, with a board of cured meats and cheeses, with fish first and main courses, and worth trying with dry pastries.
Tasting notes: a slightly hazy rosé colour with violet reflections and a soft, light mousse. The bouquet recalls raspberry, redcurrant and small wild berries, with hints of citrus and the typical notes of bread crust given by the yeasts. On the palate it opens lively and exuberant, with a pleasantly fruity sip that closes on savoury, refreshing sensations.
